We could always use a hand, and we would love for you to come out and join us! You do not have to have experience with horses to be a volunteer. We are more than happy to educate people on horses. If you prefer not to work specifically with the horses, there are many other aspects that keep our rescue running. We have to have fences, build barns, stalls, and riding arenas, cut down trees, bush hog, etc. There is so much to be done that we could never do it all ourselves. That is why our volunteers are so vital to our foundation. Everything helps, no matter how small it might be, we are grateful for it all.

Duties performed by our Volunteers include:

  • Feeding and watering
  • Stall cleaning
  • Animal turn-out
  • Grooming
  • Hoof Picking
  • Exercising
  • Tack cleaning
  • Barn sweeping
  • Ground raking
